I have a display bug in the consist editor with 698.

The last engine is behind the first car, unlike the consist file.

I can't see how the 3d view looks like because I don't have the stock, but in the consist units view everything works fine. First 5 locos, then cars.
Are you sure that you didn't move this loco by a mistake?

Just checked the consist again, its good.

The consist is 5 loco's then cars.
tsre shows 4 loco's, one car, then the 5th loco.
Can I upload the other stock?

The picture that I sent clearly shows the engines out of order?

Yes I did.

While trying to replicate the issue, I discovered the move.
