Problem with platform markers

I had this problem before and there was a thread on Elvas-Tower with the same subject. After a quiet period the problem arises again. Now in a more severe form. There are the same rogue "platform objects" but when I try to delete them TSRE5 crashes and I can't remove them. Please help!

Maybe it is caused by world files and TDB out of sync error.
Don't remember what are the methods for fixing it. Could you give me a link to the ET topic?
