Weather conditions 'Snow' and 'Rain' swapped

In TSRE5's built-in Activity error, Open Rails shows the weather 'Snow' on selecting 'Rain' in the Activity Editor and vice-versa. Has anyone else experienced this bug? Please do fix this.
