Certain locomotives not showing

Hey all, I have recently gotten back into MSTS/OR after a fairly long break. TSRE is great, and my appreciation for all the hard work on this utility.
I am running into an issue where certain locomotives are not showing in TSRE, even though they are installed (even reinstalled in one case): so far I have seen it twice, with locomotives from different vendors: DieselsWest CN C-40-8 and SLI ATSF GP60s. Type filter is set to all.
