Bug with custom textures

I found a bug. If you create a custom texture using "paint texture" TSRE tool a new texture like "-10a5541c_1_14.ace" will appear in <RouteName>/TERRTEX. If you need to delete this texture you change the custom texture from the exact place in the route to one of the default textures from TERRTEX and delete the "-10a5541c_1_14.ace" from TERRTEX after that. Then TSRE continues to work properly but MSRE starts to show an error like "no texture -10a5541c_1_14.ace found" and crashes and RTS works ok but writes errors about textures in log file. We used Route Ritter to examine the problem and found out that there is a shader in the list that has a link to the missing custom texture which is no more used in the route and was deleted and the shader itself also is not used. So TSRE does not rebuild the shader list while saving the tile files which cause MSRE/MSTS to crash if you "used and delete" the custom texture in your route.
As you see we deleted all the custom textures from the route and the texture itself and:
