Because it should be converted. Better show proper value than false value. Since .698 hp is also converted to kW. Of course there should be option to disable values in imperial/us units, but when? There was a conversion from mph to kmh but never from hp to kW. Maybe there is another field with kW definition? Yes. What path have you told TSRE to look in ? Post the FULL path from hard list letter to last folder.
