It's build using a different temporary computer, probably something is wrong in configuration that causes terminal to show.

You can choose between personal computer or a server. But you have to have full linux shell access on the server to run TSRE executable.

But it needs some finishing before first beta is released, but I just sold my computer and the current one is too slow for such a development.

In next version you can define custom maximum detail level in route trk file:
TsreMaxStaticDetailLevel ( int_value )

In joining tracks just use flex. It has "infinite" precision and can do the work for you in just three clicks.

Why do you need so precise values? In case of track alignment try flex dyntrack.

Im not going to fix this issue. Just use shorter shapes to avoid such a crazy huge angles.
