Consists created with version 0.7001 will not appear in the MSTS AE consist editor. BUT the ones created with version 0.698 do appear in the MSTS AE consist editor. If one creates a consist then saves the consist, the newly created consist cannot be opened in its external editor. Only after closing TSRE and reopening it to the same install can the newly created con file be opened with the external editor.
